ACCEPTANCE OF LEASE IN TAXIS, when the landlord electronically files a lease declaration of real estate lease information by the landlord for the purpose of leasing a property, the tenant has the obligation to accept or not to accept the lease.     Questions and answers<\/strong> on the rental of a dwelling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Duration of lease<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The rental dwelling has at least 3 years duration<\/strong> even if a shorter term has been agreed in the rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This minimum period of time concerns only<\/strong> the cases main residence<\/strong>. It does not apply to leases for a secondary or holiday home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The shortening of the three-year lease main residence<\/strong> only allowed with newest notarial deed<\/strong>, drawn up at least six months after the start of the lease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Rent and indexation<\/strong> lease<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    There are no restrictions on the amount of the rent and its future adjustment. Every agreement is absolutely valid and binding on both parties, landlord and tenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
