There are many cases of sneaky people trying to view properties (residential properties) with the intention of knowing the properties inside for their own purposes.. you wouldn't want people who no one knows to just walk into your property either.<\/li>
  2. Also the referral order states the amount or percentage for the referral and negotiation services of the real estate agency if you close the property for sale or rent and finally and quite importantly it gives you priority over other orders for closing the deal.<\/li><\/ol>
